Le lit Elan est conçu pour être utilisé avec un matelas futon avec ou sans tatamis en dessous. Choisissez des tatamis pour votre lit Elan pour un look japonais dans votre chambre avec un matelas futon par-dessus ou utilisez le lit Elan avec un futon placé directement dans le cadre pour un look ancré plus près du sol.
* Pour les personnes possédant un matelas queen size, nous recommandons le lit Elan 160x200 cm. Veuillez noter que les dimensions indiquées correspondent à la taille du matelas et qu'un matelas queen size est légèrement plus petit, ce qui rend les lattes du lit visibles. Pour obtenir un aspect homogène, nous vous suggérons d'utiliser une paire de tatamis 80x200 cm sous le matelas. Cela permet non seulement de couvrir les lattes, mais aussi d'améliorer l'esthétique générale et le confort de votre lit.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, except for made-to-order items. Made to order items are final sale, and orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
To initiate a return, email customercase@thatcooliving.com for authorization. A 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Returned items must be in their original condition, unassembled if applicable, and in the original packaging.
For damage claims, report within 2 days of delivery. Include photos of the packaging before opening, pictures of the damage, and a copy of the signed Bill of Lading (BOL) highlighting the damages.
